The panelists will include both physicians and cancer survivors. The evening will begin with a networking reception, followed by an interactive discussion from our panelists on topics, including:
- The importance of care coordination throughout the continuum of survivorship
- The role of the primary care physician
- Coping with fear and anxiety
- Caring for yourself after cancer
- Working toward a healthy lifestyle
This educational networking event is free of charge and open to the public. Please share this special event with your patients and colleagues and encourage them to RSVP by January 7.
Fitzhugh Mullan, MD, co-founder of NCCS will be the keynote speaker at the Survivorship Symposium taking place on January 15th-16th. The Symposium represents an innovative approach to education and patient care.
